Frogs in Heaven, Stress Relief

Author: If you’re anything like me, you get a little stressed out from time to time. So here’s a little meditative piece I put together that may (or may not) help.
I call it ‘Frogs in Heaven,’ for no particular reason, and it’s free to distribute (but only if you abide by the distribution policy as spelled out in the disclaimer below). It’s nothing fancy to listen to, just some ambient sounds, but with complex sound filters and modulations (brainwave entrainment techniques) that I believe can help give one the ability to deal with stress more effectively.
As you begin, you will want to find a quiet, comfortable place, free of distractions and put on your headphones (required), adjust the volume as needed, close your eyes, be sure you’re comfortable, in a chair or lying down, and think about something you usually find relaxing, a warm beach on a quiet sunny day, perhaps.
But before you do any of that, although I personally believe the risks are minimal, be sure to read and agree to the disclaimer below:
